Lead Chassis Systems

Job Purpose Lead the design and development of chassis systems for 2W and 3W platforms, ensuring high design quality, optimal cost, and on-time delivery. Drive performance, integration, and vehicle dynamics excellence across suspension, steering, brakes, wheels, and wheel-end systems. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end chassis system design and integration, including packaging and DMU validation. Define and achieve vehicle dynamics and subsystem performance targets through benchmarking and engineering analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of chassis systems into overall vehicle architecture. Develop and maintain technical specifications, requirements, and test plans for chassis systems. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. 8+ years of experience in chassis system design and development. Strong understanding of vehicle dynamics, suspension, steering, brakes, and wheel-end systems. Proficiency in CAD software, simulation tools, and data analysis techniques. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. Certifications: None specified.
