Lead Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary: To collect and analyze FM and industry data to detect and create timely awareness of significant trends and their effect on departmental or company practices. Integrate and analyze data to develop input to corporate and departmental decisions developing procedures, guidelines, management implementation tools, etc. Produce portfolio trend analysis and forecast reports and conduct operational analysis to advance knowledge in improvements, efficiency, and effectiveness. Develop and maintain databases, data warehouses, and data visualization tools to support business intelligence initiatives. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business intelligence projects and develop project plans, timelines, and budgets. Provide training and guidance to team members on business intelligence tools and methodologies. Conduct research and analysis to identify best practices and trends in the industry and develop recommendations for improvement. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management. Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality. Provide expertise and support to other departments on business intelligence initiatives and projects.
