We are seeking an experienced Business Analysis leader to strengthen our capabilities in this area, with a focus on elevating business analysis from requirements capture to strategic advisory. This will involve owning and strengthening Business Analysis and Testing practices across the ICT portfolio, leading a professional team that shapes delivery quality and protects investment value. The successful candidate will be expected to work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs. Key responsibilities will include: • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders and technical teams. • Providing strategic advisory services to senior leadership and other stakeholders on the use of technology to achieve business outcomes. • Leading a team of Business Analysts to deliver high-quality analysis and testing services. • Collaborating with other teams to develop and implement effective solutions that meet business needs. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our capabilities remain current and relevant.
