Job Description

• Lead business analysis activities across the delivery lifecycle partnering with business stakeholders product engineering and QA teams experience in Consumer Products and or Rights Licensing domain.
• Good to Have Elicit analyze and document business requirements translating them into user stories functional specifications process flows and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops backlog refinement prioritization and requirement discussions acting as the bridge between business and technology teams.
• Drive improvements through business architecture analysis gap assessments workflow optimization and functional documentation.
• Support UAT planning defect triage and endtoend validation to ensure successful and highquality delivery.
• Proven experience with AgileScrum methodologies backlog management user story development and crossfunctional collaboration.
• Strong analytical problemsolving and data interpretation skills exposure to Rights Licensing platforms reporting tools and SQL.
• Good to Have Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence stakeholders mentor junior analysts and manage multiple priorities in a global delivery environment.

• Facilitate agile ceremonies including backlog grooming sprint planning and review sessions.
• Support quality assurance processes including UAT planning and defect management.
• Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on best practices in business analysis and architecture.
• Manage multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic global delivery setting.
