Lead Architect Identity & Hybrid Infrastructure (m/w/d)

Take responsibility for designing, developing, and maintaining secure, resilient, and future-proof IT platforms.

Tasks

• You will be responsible for the overall architecture, development, and stable operation of a complex hybrid IT infrastructure with a focus on Security-by-Design, Resilience, and Scalability.
• You will design and oversee the architecture of our Active Directory- and Entra-ID-environment as well as central identity-, directory-, and authentication services.
• You will conceptualize and steer technical solutions in the areas of PKI, DNS, ADFS, Windows Patch management (ECM & Azure Arc) as well as Microsoft Defender – with a clear focus on Automation, Standardization, and sustainable operability.
• You will ensure that the IT architecture meets regulatory requirements (e.g. KRITIS, NIS2, ISO27001) and develop suitable technical and organizational measures for sustainable compliance.
• You will define architectural principles, technical standards, and governance guidelines and significantly contribute to the further development of the company-wide IT architecture.
• As a strategic business partner, you will accompany transformation and digitalization initiatives from an architectural perspective.

Qualification

• You hold a completed degree in (Business) Informatics or equivalent qualification – alternatively, you have comparable, comprehensive practical experience.
• You possess several years of experience in architecture and operation of complex, company-critical IT infrastructures, ideally in hybrid cloud environments (Microsoft Azure & On-Premises).
• You bring fundamental knowledge of regulatory security requirements and have ideally experienced ISO27001 audits or comparable verification procedures.
• You have a structural understanding of IT service management processes and ideally hold ITIL certifications.
• Your very good knowledge of Microsoft technologies – particularly Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, DNS, Microsoft Defender, and Endpoint Configuration Manager – enables you to make sustainable and future-proof architectural decisions.
