Lead Architect (m/f/d)
We are offering you a position as Lead Architect with long-term career prospects in our architecture department.
The role focuses on laboratory and production buildings for the pharmaceutical and biotech industries in Switzerland, with a strong emphasis on architectural excellence.
Your responsibilities will cover all tasks within service phases 1 to 5, in accordance with SIA standards.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities
Lead and inspire architectural teams
Manage complex building projects of all scales throughout all planning and execution phases
Act as a role model and mentor for younger architects
Represent the architectural discipline in highly interdisciplinary and complex projects
Develop and strengthen your expertise in pharmaceutical and biotech facility design
Work within a highly professional and globally operating organization
Shape some of the world's most advanced pharmaceutical facilities and help improve the lives of patients around the world
Show your expertise
Master's degree in Architecture with approximately 10 years of professional experience, ideally within the Swiss architectural, engineering, or planning environment
Proven experience in the design and delivery of facilities for the pharmaceutical and biotech industries is a strong asset
Ability to translate complex project requirements into compelling architectural concepts and communicate them effectively throughout all project phases
In-depth knowledge of Swiss standards, regulations, and approval processes
Fluency in German and a strong command of English; French is considered an advantage
Strong team player with a collaborative mindset and a passion for interdisciplinary project work
Willingness to travel within Switzerland for project-related assignments
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to understand client perspectives, anticipate needs, and build trust through expertise and empathy
Charismatic personality with a passion for architecture, the confidence to lead projects, and the ability to develop long-term client relationships
