Lead Applications Engineer – Milan An Applications Engineer is required to join a leading technology company in Milan, supporting advanced PCB design and customer integration. The Applications Engineer will work closely with both internal engineering teams and external customers, providing technical support, design guidance and product enablement. This Applications Engineer role requires fluency in both Italian and English. Responsibilities • Support customers with PCB design, bring-up and troubleshooting of complex electronic systems; • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new products and technologies; • Provide technical training and support to internal engineering teams and external customers; • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, datasheets and application notes; • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in PCB design and technology. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; • 5+ years of experience in PCB design and development; • Strong knowledge of PCB design tools and software (e.g. Altium Designer); • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities; • Fluency in both Italian and English.
