Lead Applications Engineer - Italian speaking

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Principal Application Engineer specializing in PCB Design to join our team. This role is integral to supporting our cutting-edge PCB Solutions within the Electronic Design Automation (EDA) domain. You will collaborate with top-tier customers, providing technical expertise and innovative solutions to enable the design of advanced printed circuit boards for electronic systems. Responsibilities As a Senior Principal Application Engineer, you will be responsible for: • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and delivering tailored PCB Design solutions; • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new PCB Design technologies and methodologies; • Providing technical support and training to customers on the use of our PCB Design software and tools; • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in PCB Design, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement; • Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to the development of best practices within the team. Requirements: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; • Minimum 8 years of experience in PCB Design, preferably with a focus on high-speed digital design; • Strong understanding of PCB Design principles, including signal integrity, power integrity, and thermal management; • Proficiency in one or more PCB Design software tools (e.g. Cadence Allegro, Mentor Graphics PADS, Altium Designer); • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
