Lead Analyst (Netsuite)

Role overview: We are looking for an experienced Lead IT BizApps Analyst to partner with our Finance teams and support their critical business applications and projects. This functional role requires deep expertise in managing, configuring, and optimizing Oracle NetSuite Finance modules, especially within the Order to Cash (O2C) lifecycle and core Accounting processes. The role will involve translating business requirements into system solutions, providing real-time issue resolution, and driving process improvements through automation and standardization. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of Oracle NetSuite Finance modules, including Order to Cash (O2C) lifecycle and core Accounting processes. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into system solutions. • Providing real-time issue resolution and technical support for critical business applications and projects. • Driving process improvements through automation and standardization, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. • Staying up-to-date with the latest Oracle NetSuite releases, features, and best practices to ensure optimal system performance and configuration. • Developing and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of financial processes, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. • Providing training and support to end-users on the use of Oracle NetSuite Finance modules. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. • At least 5 years of experience in managing, configuring, and optimizing Oracle NetSuite Finance modules. • In-depth knowledge of Order to Cash (O2C) lifecycle and core Accounting processes. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into system solutions. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. • Experience with automation tools, such as Zapier or Microsoft Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow).
