🚀 Your Mission

You take over the technical responsibility for our AI systems and automation processes. Your goal is to develop high-performance solutions, optimize existing models, and continuously improve processes through intelligent automation.

🔍 Your Tasks

AI Engineering & Model Optimization

• Development and optimization of AI workflows and agent systems
• Fine-tuning, evaluation, and improvement of KI models
• Building and further development of LLM-based applications
• Development of intelligent automations for internal and external processes
• Integration of APIs, data sources, and AI services

Process & System Optimization

• Analyze existing business processes
• Identify and implement automation potential
• Development of scalable systems and workflows
• Optimization of performance, quality, and costs
• Built robust AI infrastructure

Strategy & Leadership

• Technical responsibility for AI development
• Closely working with management and product teams
• Defining the technical roadmap
• Selecting and introducing new technologies and AI tools
• Built best practices for AI development and automation

Qualification

✅ Qualifications

Fundamental qualifications

• Multiple years of experience as an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer or Software Engineer
• Fundamental knowledge in the field of Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Experience with Prompt Engineering and Agentic AI
• Very good knowledge in Python
• Experience with APIs and automation platforms (e.g. n8n, Make or Zapier)
• Experience in optimizing processes and systems
• Understanding of modern software architectures and data pipelines
• Experience with AI tools like OpenAI, Claude, Gemini or open-source models

Personal qualifications

• Entrepreneurial thinking
• High initiative and ownership mentality
• Analytical and solution-oriented thinking
• Passion for innovation and new technologies
• Able to explain complex technical topics in a comprehensible way

Nice-to-have

• Experience with RAG systems and vector databases
• Experience with fine-tuning open-source models
• Experience in building SaaS products
• Experience as Tech Lead, Head of AI or CTO
• Knowledge in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP or Azure)
