Lead AI Consultant

We are not looking for a pure developer role. We are looking for people who combine technical excellence with customer understanding and can take projects from idea to productive solution.

You will work directly with decision-makers, lead challenging AI projects, and actively shape the expansion of our boutique.

Tasks

• You will lead AI and Machine-Learning projects for our customers
• You will translate business requirements into practical technical solutions
• You will be responsible for architecture, delivery, and technical quality
• You will work closely with customers
• You will bring structure, clarity, and momentum to complex projects
• You will appear as a technical sparring partner on eye level

Qualification

• Multiple years of experience in Machine Learning, Data Engineering or AI-driven software development
• Very good Python knowledge and experience with modern ML frameworks
• Experience with production-ready ML systems, APIs, and deployment
• Safe appearance in customer projects and workshops
• Able to explain complex technical topics in a comprehensible way
• High self-responsibility and pragmatic working style
• Very good German knowledge (C2)
