Lead AI Consultant — AI-First Venture Building (m/w/d)

About the position

Our venture building projects arise within corporations and medium-sized companies that want to tap into new growth areas. We bring together venture methodology, AI-native development and commercial realism and build ventures that validate quickly and grow quickly because they are built on AI from the start.

You are the one who accompanies this with customers from the first whiteboard to the first paying customer and beyond. Not as a coordinator. As a co-founder-on-time.

Requirements

• You have built ventures or products — in a startup, a corporate venture or a venture studio. You know what it means to go from 0 to 1 and why most ventures fail.
• You think in business cases, not feature lists. You recognize early when a venture is dying — and why.
• AI tools are your productivity multiplier: prototypes in hours, research in minutes, automations instead of manual processes.
• You can think technically enough to work with engineers and assess feasibility — without having to be the builder yourself.
• You are hungry for ownership and comfortable with ambiguity. You do things, even if they are unclear.

Responsibilities

• You lead venture building projects from opportunity identification to MVP and early growth.
• You combine venture methodology — customer discovery, lean validation, iterative build — with AI-native product development.
• You work closely with customer stakeholders and make the decisions that drive projects forward — not all decisions, but the right ones.
• You use AI from the start as a product component: AI personas, automated workflows, data products — built-in, not retrofitted.
• You further develop our venture building methodology and build reusable IP that we use beyond projects.
• You manage multiple projects in different phases in parallel — because you know where the next push is needed.
