Lead Agentic Engineer (m/f/d)

With us, no one writes tickets anymore. Our own agent harness builds software from specs, lets agents review each other, and deploys automatically. We are looking for the person who will further build this factory, find out with our customers what needs to be built, and then deliver it themselves. No meeting lead. Someone who builds.

Responsibilities

Software Factory & Harness

• Further develop our agent harness: specs, agent review, guardrails, deployment
• Expand the AI-based CI/CD pipeline and test automation so that features go live in hours instead of weeks
• Decide where agents ship autonomously and where a human looks

From Customer Need to Feature

• Understand with founders, business team, and trade businesses what is truly needed, and create specs from it
• Quickly test features: prototype, customer feedback, refine
• Find interfaces and tools that actually solve a problem, instead of just building them because they are in the backlog

Architecture & Sparring

• Be responsible for architecture: Nest.js APIs, web app, native apps (Kotlin/Swift), PostgreSQL
• Design the LLM layer: RAG, Tool Use, Agent Patterns, Evals
• Technical sparring partner for the founders, lead a small team technically: guardrails instead of micromanagement

Qualifications

Must-Have

• You have already built software with agents, not just with autocomplete: own harness, specs, agent review, automated deployment. You can show us what runs without you.
• Several years of experience with TypeScript/Node.js, Nest.js or comparable framework, PostgreSQL
• LLM integration in production: RAG, Tool Use, Evals, costs and latency under control

Nice-to-Have

• Kotlin or Swift, Monorepo setups, AWS Bedrock
• Experience leading a small team technically
• Experience in B2B SaaS, crafts, or construction
