Lead Administrator Payroll

We are looking for a Payroll Lead Administrator. What you will do: * Ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll for a specific set of entities. * Responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to payroll. * Review, analyze, and reconcile payroll data, including wages, hours, deductions, and taxes. * Process employee compensation changes, new hires, and terminations in a timely manner. * Maintain payroll records and documentation. * Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries from employees and other stakeholders. * Collaborate with HR, finance, and other departments to ensure accurate and efficient payroll processing. * Participate in payroll system upgrades, implementations, and testing. * Stay up-to-date on payroll laws, regulations, and best practices. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll administration. * Strong understanding of payroll principles, practices, and regulations. * Proficiency in payroll systems, such as Workday, ADP, or similar. * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Attention to detail and accuracy. * Ability to maintain confidentiality. * Advanced English level. Bonus points: * Experience with international payroll. * Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or equivalent certification.
