Please find the below job description and kindly share me your updated CV to [email protected] Position Title: L&D Manager (Immediate) role Experience Level: 8-12 Years Full Time Notice Period: Immediate Location : Mumbai, MH Key Responsibilities - Training Needs Analysis - Assess organizational and individual learning needs through surveys, interviews, and other methods. Identify training gaps and develop a comprehensive training plan to address these gaps. - Learning Program Development - Design and develop engaging and effective learning programs that meet the identified training needs. This includes developing course content, selecting instructional strategies, and identifying necessary resources. - Delivery and Facilitation - Deliver and facilitate learning programs through various modes such as classroom, online, or on-the-job training. Ensure that the learning programs are interactive, participative, and provide opportunities for feedback and evaluation. - Evaluation and Assessment - Conduct evaluations and assessments to measure the effectiveness of the learning programs. Use the results to make improvements and adjustments to the learning programs. - Stakeholder Management - Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders including employees, managers, and other departments. Ensure that their training needs are met and that they are satisfied with the learning programs. - Budgeting and Resource Allocation - Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to ensure that the learning programs are delivered within budget constraints. - Compliance and Regulatory Requirements - Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards in the development and delivery of learning programs. - Reporting and Analytics - Provide regular reports and analytics on training metrics such as participation rates, completion rates, and evaluation results. - Continuous Improvement - Continuously improve the learning programs by incorporating feedback from stakeholders, conducting needs assessments, and staying up-to-date with best practices in the field.
