This role is a key part of our Human Resources team and will work closely with other departments to ensure that our training programs are aligned with our business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in adult learning theory, instructional design, and training delivery. You will be expected to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in the field of Learning and Development.
