L&D Advisor

At Zonneplan, you will contribute to L&D in an organization that is growing at lightning speed. You will identify future learning and development needs, translate them into scalable learning solutions, and ensure structural growth for both employees and managers. In this way, you will make Zonneplan future-proof for the next growth phase and contribute to maintaining our unique culture during rapid scaling.

An important part of that future-proofing is AI. You will play a key role in developing an organization-wide AI mindset: you will help employees and managers see AI not as an auxiliary tool, but as a fundamental part of how we work and learn.

You will work 32-40 hours per week and receive a salary between €3,250 and €5,000 gross per month, depending on your experience.

• You will map future learning needs. You will analyze where the organization will be in two to three years and what skills will be required. Based on business strategy, employee surveys, and skills analyses, you will identify gaps and translate them into concrete development programs.
• You will design scalable learning solutions. You will build a learning ecosystem that grows with the organization. From onboarding that makes new employees productive quickly, to leadership programs that prepare managers for increasing complexity. AI is not an afterthought: you will actively explore how it can accelerate and improve learning processes.
• You will develop an organization-wide AI mindset. You will help employees and managers to work AI-native. Not incidentally, but as a natural part of their daily workflow. You will lead by example and bring that knowledge into the organization through training and workshops.
• You will measure and steer on impact. You will set measurable goals, monitor progress through data, and adjust where necessary. From time-to-productivity to leadership quality: you know what works and make that visible.

• You have 3 to 5 years of experience in L&D, talent development, or a comparable field, and know how to design learning interventions that truly make an impact.
• You are analytically strong and translate data and trends into concrete programs and solutions.
• You have experience with or a strong interest in AI and see how it can fundamentally change learning and development.
• You are self-starting and proactive: you don't wait for assignments, but identify opportunities and take them on.
• You communicate clearly and know how to bring managers and employees along in change.

• A salary between €3,250 and €5,000 gross per month, depending on your experience.
