The Work

You will gain exposure to a wide variety of high-quality property and commercial matters, including:

• Development funding
• Developments – land acquisition, due diligence, structuring, and pre-sale agreements
• Commercial property – acting for landlords and property owners, acquisitions, disposals, structuring, and leasing
• Residential and commercial conveyancing
• Subdivisions – both residential and commercial
• Some asset protection work

About You

We are seeking a lawyer who is motivated to grow and add value, with:

• Admission to practise law in New Zealand and 2–5 years PQE
• Sound knowledge of financing, mortgages, and securities structures
• Solid property and conveyancing experience
• A strong client service focus and genuine drive to deliver results
• Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical, and transaction management skills
• A strong work ethic and collaborative approach – a team player who is down to earth and approachable
