ABOUT THE ROLE
An excellent opportunity exists for a property lawyer with at least 2 years' PAE to join a growing Melbourne team. Acting for some of Australia's most recognised brands, you'll gain exposure to a variety of property and development transactions, with the chance to take ownership of files and build strong client relationships.

Acting for some of Australia's most recognised brands, you'll gain exposure to a variety of property and development transactions, with the chance to take ownership of files and build strong client relationships.
You will:
- Manage conveyancing and property settlements across Victoria using PEXA
- Prepare, negotiate and review commercial leases, agreements for lease, licences and related documents
- Draft and review contracts of sale, caveats, s27 statements and other transactional documents
- Lodge plans through the SPEAR platform
- Assist with financial settlements and due diligence for property and commercial transactions
- Conduct legal research and provide practical, commercial advice on a broad range of property matters
ABOUT YOU
You will have:
- At least 2 years' post-admission experience in property law
- Strong technical and drafting skills with attention to detail
- A commercial mindset with the ability to deliver practical outcomes for clients
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage matters autonomously while working collaboratively in a team
- Strong organisational and file management skills
