Their largest and strongest team by far is Litigation, and their Partners can boast a great portfolio of national large clients, both in the public and private sectors. The team is growing again, and the firm is now seeking two Litigators for its Melbourne and Sydney teams. As a mid-tier firm, it believes in giving its lawyers full autonomy for smaller and mid-sized files, with partners leading on larger, more complex matters. This gives their lawyers a great balance of autonomy and responsibility, as well as the support of much more experienced leaders on those challenging matters. You get to see those experienced authors using their knowledge, experience and expertise daily and work shoulder to shoulder with them. You will receive a healthy balance of commercial, insolvency and restructuring files. You will need excellent drafting and advisory skills. Proven ability to form practical strategies for your clients, not be afraid to step out of your comfort zone and work on files that you might not have tackled before, as well as demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills.
