Lawyer / Law Clerk with RAP (m/w/d)

FSM is a young, dynamic law firm in 1080 Vienna. Founded in 2017, we have been advising clients since then in the areas of procurement, real estate, corporate, and company law. To strengthen our existing team, we are looking for a lawyer or law clerk with RAP expertise in real estate law (m/w/d) as soon as possible.

Your task area

• Independent counseling and representation of clients in all matters of real estate law
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, particularly property purchase agreements
• Handling and structuring complex property transactions, including BTVG and pre-sale projects
• Cross-functional collaboration with other departments and a great team within the firm
