LAWYER / JURIDICAL CONSULTANT

Our company is looking for a passionate and dedicated lawyer/consultant to join our legal department team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in the field of law and be able to offer high-quality legal consulting services in a variety of fields.

• Responsibilities:

- Drafting, analyzing, and reviewing legal documents (contracts, notifications, opinions, court actions, procedural documentation);

- Representing the company/clients before courts and other public authorities;

- Providing internal and external legal consulting services;

- Monitoring legislation and informing the team about relevant changes;

- Actively participating in resolving disputes and managing cases.

• Requirements:

- Higher education in law (law degree);

- Qualification as a lawyer or consultant registered with the Bar Association of Romania or the Union of Legal Consultants;

- Solid knowledge of civil law, commercial law, labor law, and civil procedure;

- Ability to write and analyze legal documents (contracts, opinions, actions, etc.);

- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and respect for deadlines;

- Knowledge of English language (advantage: knowledge of a second foreign language);

- Basic computer skills (MS Office, legislative databases).
