The Role

- Managing parenting and property settlement matters
- Drafting and reviewing property documents
- Attending court events and communicating with third parties
- Guiding clients through family and property processes
- Contributing to practice development where appropriate
- Minimum of 3 years PQE covering both areas of law
- Reliable drafting and client communication skills
- Ability to balance competing priorities calmly
- Commitment to steady professional growth
- Reasonable billables
- Paid CPD to support your development
- Twelve weeks paid parental leave subject to conditions
- Long term growth in a stable Melbourne team
