You will join a high-performing and collaborative team with partners who are passionate about delivering exceptional results for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial litigation, class actions and investigations, with experience in managing complex cases and working closely with clients to achieve their goals. The role offers a unique opportunity to work on high-profile matters, develop your skills and expertise, and contribute to the growth and success of the practice. Key responsibilities will include: • Managing and conducting litigation and investigations, including preparing and conducting hearings, and drafting and filing pleadings and other court documents. • Providing strategic advice and guidance to clients on commercial litigation and class actions matters. • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, colleagues and other stakeholders. • Collaborating with other lawyers and professionals to deliver exceptional results for clients. • Staying up-to-date with changes in the law and developments in the litigation and class actions landscape. The ideal candidate will have: • A Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or equivalent qualification. • A minimum of 2-4 years of post-admission experience as a lawyer. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong focus on delivering results. • A strong understanding of commercial litigation and class actions law and practice. • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
