Description of the vacancy
- Internship position to integrate a global legal team focused on global demands related to finance and sustainability.
- Brief description: we are a global cross-functional team, which means that we provide advisory services to all regions where the company has operations (Latin America, Asia, USA and Europe) focused on meeting the needs of:
- Financial Treasury and Capital Markets: involves reviewing and negotiating various types of financial contracts, debt instruments, and derivatives; and
- Sustainability: involves supporting compliance with Brazilian and international laws protecting the environment, climate, and human rights, reviewing and negotiating related documents, providing legal assistance for carbon credit transactions and supporting the formalization of regenerative agriculture projects.
