This position is key to the correct functioning of daily operations.

Objective of the position

Maintain optimal cleaning and hygiene conditions for dishes, utensils, and assigned areas, ensuring compliance with sanitary norms and supporting the kitchen team.

Main Responsibilities

• Wash and disinfect dishes, glassware, cutlery, and kitchen utensils.

• Maintain a clean and organized laundry area.

• Support general cleaning of the kitchen when necessary.

• Operate washing machine equipment correctly and care for it.

• Comply with hygiene and food safety norms.

• Provide support to the kitchen team in basic tasks when required.

Requirements

• Basic education.

• No prior experience necessary (training provided).

• Positive attitude, responsibility, and willingness to work in a kitchen environment.

• Availability of schedule.

• Ability to perform continuous physical labor.
