PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
The Laundry Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of a fully equipped in-house laundry operating to 5-star hotel standards. Responsible for the care, cleaning, and finishing of household linen, uniforms, and high-value designer clothing, this role ensures impeccable presentation, accurate processes, and the smooth coordination of the laundry team.

Responsible for the care, cleaning, and finishing of household linen, uniforms, and high-value designer clothing, this role ensures impeccable presentation, accurate processes, and the smooth coordination of the laundry team.
QUALIFICATIONS / LICENSES / SKILLS
- 6 years experience as Laundry Supervisor in a 5-star hotel, luxury resort, or private estate
- Strong technical knowledge of laundry operations and garment care
- Familiar with handling delicate and high-value designer garments
- Excellent understanding of fabric care, stain removal, and finishing techniques
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Knowledge of laundry equipment operation and maintenance
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- High attention to detail and quality standards
- Supervise the daily operation of the estate laundry to 5-star hotel standards
- Manage the laundering of all household linen, uniforms, and personal clothing
- Oversee the care and handling of delicate fabrics and luxury designer garments
- Inspect items for stains, damage, or repairs and ensure quality control
- Maintain accurate records of laundry cycles, chemicals, and stock levels
- Train and supervise laundry staff to uphold hygiene, safety, and service standards
- Coordinate laundry schedules and ensure timely delivery of finished items
- Monitor and maintain all laundry equipment, reporting any required repairs
- Implement efficient workflow systems and continuous service improvements
