What You'll Be Doing Your primary mission is to protect our community. You'll be the expert reviewing and deciding on sensitive content—like text, videos, and images—from the German market. You'll be making decisions that can impact users and the platform, so it's a huge responsibility. Key Responsibilities Reviewing and making decisions on content that may violate our policies, including: * Hate speech * Harassment * Violence * Other inappropriate content Enforcing our community guidelines with a strong focus on accuracy and consistency. Providing actionable feedback to improve our content moderation processes. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify trends and improve overall user experience. Skills and Qualifications Fluency in German (native or near-native level) and a good understanding of German culture. Strong English language skills (both written and spoken). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to remain objective and unbiased when dealing with sensitive content. Strong attention to detail and ability to make quick and accurate decisions. Ability to adapt to rapidly evolving situations and content trends. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
