Launch Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager with experience in coordinating launch activities in the paint and body shop areas, to support an OEM in the automotive industry in the management, installation, and commissioning of industrial projects.

Activities to be performed

• Coordinate the preparation activities for the launch of new products.
• Plan and manage project resources, maneuvers, and logistics.
• Creation and updating of managerial presentations on project status.
• Supervise the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
• Provide engineering support to validate processes and ensure compliance with timelines and standards.
• Manage issues on the plant floor, providing punctual follow-up until resolution.
• Administer and control deliverables, risks, and project progress.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination with technical teams and involved areas.
• Creation and updating of managerial presentations on project status.
• Follow-up on Issues in GIM's
• Report RMS by program and vehicle model.

Requirements:

• Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in technical project management.

• Knowledge in manufacturing process validation, preferably in paint and body shop.

• Skills in planning, resource administration, and team leadership.

• English B2-C1.

• Availability for an in-person work scheme.
