Launch Engineer-English Required

This role is responsible for managing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring all deliverables are met. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing launch plans and schedules • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks • Providing technical support and guidance to manufacturing operations • Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes as needed. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or related field • 2-4 years of experience in a manufacturing or engineering role • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and procedures • Excellent communication and project management skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively • Experience with lean manufacturing principles and tools is an asset.
