Role Overview: The Last Mile Executive is responsible for supporting and executing last mile delivery operations in Bangalore. This role focuses on ensuring seamless deliveries, timely pickups and drop-offs, coordination with delivery partners, and superior customer experience. The position plays a critical role in monitoring real-time deliveries, resolving exceptions, supporting route planning, and assisting in continuous improvement of last mile performance.
