A company in Heist-op-den-Berg specializing in the creation of metal profiles is looking for a grinder. Your tasks include:
• Welding aluminum window and door constructions with an eye for quality
• Assembling and fitting profiles according to construction plans
• Adjusting parts where necessary to achieve a correct end product
• Contributing ideas for efficient and problem-solving welding processes
Profile• You have experience with MIG/MAG welding (half-automatic) of aluminum and metals
• You can read and execute technical drawings
• You can work independently and are team-oriented
• You have technical insight
• You have a good command of Dutch
Offer• Permanent contract after a successful interim period
• A full-time job of 38 hours/week
• Pleasant day shifts: Monday to Thursday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, on Friday until 11:30 AM.
• In addition to your 20 legal vacation days, there is also the possibility to recuperate or be paid for overtime.
• You will join a company that is a specialist in its field.
• You will receive extensive training to master everything. A mentor will also be assigned to guide you upon starting.
• With a permanent contract, you will also receive meal vouchers and group insurance.
• After 1 year of seniority, you will also participate in the bonus plan.
