In this role, you will oversee your department heads to ensure the business is well merchandised, your team is successful and store targets are reached. The ideal candidate needs to be results-driven, self-motivated and have a strong leadership ability.

Skills and Experience

• A proven background in large format retail management: FMCG and Dept Store experience preferred
• Incredible understanding of managing & affecting P&L reports
• Ability to promote and deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Confidence managing high levels of inventory + VM
• Sensational people skills including managing recruitment, HR, etc....
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Physical capabilities managing back end retail expectations...
