Job description

As a Large Account Manager, come join our team and perform with us. A true ambassador of our observability platform consisting of our 3 products (Centreon Infra Monitoring, Centreon Log Management, and Centreon Experience Monitoring), you will have a direct impact by helping our clients monitor their infrastructure, their logs, and the experience of their end-users — from the datacenter to the user. Reporting to the Commercial Director France, you will be responsible for developing and retaining a portfolio of clients in line with the commercial strategy.

You will be committed to putting our values into practice daily:

  • Customer First

  • Take Responsibility

  • Innovate for Simplicity

  • Teamwork for Success

  • Work and Play

At Centreon, you will grow and collaborate with enthusiastic and brilliant colleagues. You will find the tools and support needed to give your career a new impetus.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop business with prospects and retain the existing client portfolio

  • Analyze clients' technical and business needs to recommend the most suitable combination of products among Centreon Infra Monitoring, Centreon Log Management, and Centreon Experience Monitoring

  • Promote the entire Centreon observability platform and its use cases, from infrastructure to user experience

  • Support the development of the partner network

  • Participate in responding to calls for tender

  • Report on each client account

  • Diligently and rigorously manage your activity through regular and disciplined use of the CRM (pipeline, opportunities, client accounts)

  • Meet and exceed sales targets

  • Participate in specialized trade shows within our ecosystem

  • Work collaboratively with CSM, AVV, and Marketing teams

Profile and Skills

  • Master's degree (Bac+5), ideally from a business school, with a minimum of 5 years of successful experience in selling high-value-added solutions at an IT software publisher

  • A knack for communication and negotiation

  • The ability to manage complex sales while maintaining a "closer" mindset

  • Active listening skills to finely analyze client needs

  • Organization and method, combined with great flexibility

  • Real persuasive power with your contacts

  • The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team

  • A good understanding of English

The extras that will make a difference:

  • You are familiar with the IT ecosystem and observability challenges (infrastructure monitoring, log management, user experience)

  • You are flexible and have prior experience working in a human-sized structure, capable of managing large-scale projects and ongoing business

  • You have a sense of humor ;)

What we offer

  • A rapidly growing company (+20% in 2025) in an international environment

  • Offices with a terrace at Olympiades — Metro Line 14

  • Remote friendly: 2 days of remote work per week possible

  • 10 RTT days per year in addition to paid leave

  • Meal Vouchers Card

  • Monthly and bi-annual events

  • An onboarding program

Why join us?

  • Centreon is supported by new investors and is entering a transformation phase that opens up strong growth prospects (without neglecting profitability).

  • An active client base with high expansion potential: the transition from one to three products opens up an immediate structural upsell leverage.

  • A sovereign positioning that is becoming an important commercial advantage to develop.

  • AI is redefining the observability market — and Centreon is in the race with its latest innovations and its native integration into IT team workflows. You are arriving at the right time.

  • A work environment where autonomy, creativity, and personal development are valued daily

  • An open, agile, and collaborative culture, where your ideas and energy have a direct impact
