Laravel/Vue Developer (m/w/d) - AI-First PropTech

We are a young startup that develops innovative products for the real estate industry (RentUpp). AI is not just a feature, but the foundation of our entire working method - we call it 'AI-First'. Our stack: Laravel, Vue.js, Inertia.js - plus PostgreSQL and AWS. And of course, the AI tools that are best on the market at any given time.

Tasks

This is what you'll be doing with us:

• Built features: from idea to deployment. No waterfall specs, but self-responsibility.
• Develop AI solutions: Claude Code, LLM-APIs and AI-supported workflows are standard at our company. You'll build features faster because you're using AI as a multiplier.
• Co-create products: You'll sit with us when we plan new products and features. Your opinion counts from day one.
• Built infrastructure: CI/CD, database architecture, API design - pragmatic and without silos.

Qualification

You're a good fit for us if:

• You're very familiar with Laravel, Vue.js, and SQL, and you can distinguish excellent code from mediocre AI code.
• You've built your own projects - whether it's a SaaS tool, open-source project, app, or bot. Show us what you've built. That counts more than any certificate.
• You use AI as an development tool - Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar tools are not just toys for you, but part of your daily routine. You know how to develop faster and better with AI.
• You work independently - not because you have to, but because you want to.
• You like the startup tempo: mornings come up with an idea, afternoons on staging, evenings live in the product.
