Laravel Developer (m/w/d) - AI-First PropTech

We are a young startup developing innovative products for the real estate industry (RentUpp). AI is not just a feature, but the foundation of our entire working method - we call it "AI-First". Our stack: Laravel, Vue.js, Inertia.js - plus PostgreSQL and AWS. And of course, the AI tools that are best on the market at any given time.

Tasks

What you'll be doing:

• Built features: from idea to deployment. No waterfall specs, but self-responsibility.
• Develop AI solutions: Claude Code, LLM-APIs and AI-supported workflows are standard at our company. You'll build features faster because you use AI as a multiplier.
• Co-create products: You'll sit with us when we plan new products and features. Your opinion counts from day one.
• Built infrastructure: CI/CD, database architecture, API design - pragmatic and without silos.

Qualification

You're a good fit for us if:

• You've built your own projects: whether SaaS tool, open-source project, app or bot. Show us what you've built. That counts more than any certificate.
• You use AI as an development tool: Claude Code, Cursor, Codex or similar tools are not a toy for you, but part of your daily routine. You know how to develop faster and better with AI.
• You feel comfortable in Laravel, Vue.js, and SQL and can distinguish excellent code from mediocre AI-generated code.
• You work independently: not because you have to, but because you want to.
• You like startup tempo: morning idea, afternoon staging, evening live in the product.
