Landside Coordinator - 12 month fixed term contract

Job Description We're currently looking for a Landside Coordinator on a 12 month fixed term contract to play a pivotal role in orchestrating supply chain solutions and delivering top-notch customer service. This position is your gateway to being at the heart of NPDL's operations, ensuring the efficient handling of import and export landside services, complete with customs clearances and transportation solutions for our valued shippers and importers. In this multifaceted role, you'll be the backbone of our landside team, responsible for coordinating and managing the flow of goods from port to door, while maintaining exceptional customer service standards. Your duties will include but not limited to: • Coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of landside services into NPDL's overall operations. • Developing and implementing effective supply chain solutions that meet our customers' needs and expectations. • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including shippers, importers, customs brokers, and transportation providers. • Providing exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring timely resolution of any discrepancies. • Collaborating with other departments to identify and implement process improvements that drive efficiency and reduce costs. • Maintaining accurate records and reports on landside operations, including customs clearances, transportation solutions, and customer interactions. • Staying up-to-date with industry developments, regulations, and best practices to ensure NPDL's compliance and competitiveness.
