Our client, an established business based in NSW, has earned a reputation for excellence in delivering landmark projects for Local Councils, Developers, and Large Builders.

Within the bustling landscape industry, this organisation has assembled a strong team of over >50 professionals across multiple divisions, consistently delivering projects of the highest caliber.

Their specialty is the delivery of landscape packages on estates, wetlands, universities, schools, hospitals, shopping centers and towers in the CBD.

They are known for promoting staff internally, meaning all employees have the opportunity to advance their career further into management and office roles.

The Opportunity

A chance awaits to step slowly into a role to showcase your skills within a high-performing landscape construction team.

Collaborate closely with proven Foremen and Project Managers, overseeing your crew to meet deadlines and deliver projects to expected standards.

Your responsibilities will encompass a comprehensive array of landscaping tasks, including concreting, structural work, retaining walls, paving, turfing, and planting etc.

The Role

• Read and interpret plans
• Manage a small crew
• Delegate duties
• Organise deliveries
• Hands-on landscaping
• Liaise with clients
• Work in with subcontractors
• Report into Site Manager
• Assist with meeting construction deadlines

The Requirements

• Certificate III in Landscape Construction or Horticulture
• Machine Operating tickets (Bonus)
• Residential, commercial and/or civil landscaping experience considered
• Drivers License
