DasTeam - Concept and arrangement of green spaces: assist in creating project sketches and implementing plans following construction site directives - Selecting plants and materials: choose plants and materials adapted to the site conditions while respecting budget and environment - Realization and management of construction sites: execute landscaping work (plantations, paths, ponds) and coordinate tasks with other professionals - Respect for deadlines and safety: follow safety guidelines and ensure projects are completed within the allotted timeframes - Maintenance of gardens: perform regular tasks such as pruning, weeding, watering, and treating plants in an appropriate manner - Plantation management: ensure proper plant management according to seasons, including fertilization and adjusting care - Client relations: respond to client needs regarding maintenance and adaptation of their green spaces - Logistics and resource management: prepare and maintain necessary equipment for projects (mowers, hedge clippers, etc.). We expect: - Minimum 2 years of experience in landscaping - Practical experience on landscape construction sites - Team spirit and respect for safety guidelines - Good physical condition - Punctuality, rigor, and ability to work independently.
