The Role
We are seeking a talented and dynamic Full-Time Landscape Architect to join our vibrant team. The key responsibilities for this role include:

• Working closely with clients to fully understand their needs and preferences, translating these into detailed, tailored design solutions.
• Developing and refining comprehensive design plans that incorporate both soft and hard landscaping elements, utilizing design software and tools to create compelling visualizations and presentations of design concepts.
• Creating and maintaining detailed design specifications, and overseeing the implementation of projects on-site, ensuring strict adherence to design standards, quality assurance protocols, and specifications.
• Contributing fresh ideas and perspectives within a diverse team, continually seeking to enhance design techniques and practices.
• Collaborating effectively with a team of designers, engineers, and construction professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning, growth, and improvement.
• Ensuring consistent high standards of work quality throughout the project lifecycle, from inception to final client satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Landscape Architecture or a related field
• At least 2 years of professional experience in landscape design and implementation.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both clients and team members.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while upholding high efficiency and quality standards.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD and Photoshop.
• A strong team player, capable of performing effectively in a fast-paced environment.
