Land- and Baumaschinenmechatroniker (m/w/d) | 45.000 €+ (je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung)

A competitive remuneration in 13,2 salary grades, 600 € tax-free per year, 30 days of vacation and little outdoor assignments, if any, only in the regional area – here you can expect a workplace with clear framework conditions and genuine perspective.

You won't be working on standard cases, but rather on complex agricultural machines – with modern diagnostic technology, clear processes, and a team that has been working together for years. After your induction, you will take over step-by-step assignments in the regional outdoor service – without long journeys, but within a fixed radius around your location. At the same time, you will encounter an environment where many colleagues have stayed for 20 years or longer because work conditions, equipment, and development opportunities are satisfactory.
