Land Manager – PV and BESS Sede: Milano (2 days a week in office) Remuneration: €45,000 (flexible) up to €1,300 per hectare 25% bonus benefits An Italian company growing strongly in the renewable energy sector, with a pipeline of approximately 1 GW and a long-term vision for the national market. The growing company is building a solid and lasting team based on a corporate culture emphasizing collaboration, transparency, and professional growth.Currently it is evolving its organizational structure to meet the needs of a rapidly expanding business, with a focus on innovation, sustainability, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in land management, with experience in negotiating and managing contracts for renewable energy projects. He/She will be responsible for identifying and evaluating potential sites for solar farms, wind farms, and other renewable energy installations, as well as ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and permits. Responsibilities: • Identify and evaluate potential sites for solar farms, wind farms, and other renewable energy installations; • Negotiate and manage contracts for renewable energy projects; • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and permits; • Collaborate with the development team to identify and prioritize new project opportunities; • Develop and maintain relationships with landowners, local authorities, and other stakeholders. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Land Management, Environmental Science, or a related field; • At least 3 years of experience in land management, preferably in the renewable energy sector; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
