Land Acquisition and New Business Manager

• Careful evaluation and analysis of received land, focusing on identifying viable opportunities aligned with the company's strategy;
• Conducting studies on economic and technical viability;
• Developing the product: defining typology, mix of units, and characteristics that best meet the target audience;
• Acting in identifying and structuring real estate products, with strong interface with marketing, sales, and engineering;
• Participating actively in launch strategies and entering the market (desirable);
• MAPPING opportunities and expanding new businesses in the Belém and surrounding areas;
• Following up on the development cycle of the project from start to finish, including prospecting for land to launch;
• Interface with various company departments: engineering, finance, marketing, and commercial;
• Contributing to structuring funding and capital needed for ventures (desirable previous experience);

Requirements

• Proven experience in the real estate development sector, preferably with projects of medium to high standard;
• Completed higher education degree (Architecture, Engineering, Administration, Economics or related fields);
• Techincal knowledge of urban legislation, project approval, and local real estate market;
• Course or specialization in real estate development will be considered an important differential;
• Strategic vision and analytical capacity to make decisions based on market data;
• Desirable experience with launch strategies and structuring funding.
• A profile that is hands-on, with strong autonomy and proactivity;
• Excellent relationship-building and articulation skills with internal and external stakeholders;
• Business vision and focus on results;
• Ability to operate in a dynamic and challenging environment.
• No direct leadership at this time;
• Presence-based work in Belém - Pará.
