Hydrodynamic Painter

Job description

Your scope of duties

  • Painting of passenger train body elements using the hydrodynamic spray method

  • Operation of high-pressure units (pumps) and spray accessories

  • Application of primers and thick-film paints in accordance with technological cards

  • Painting large surfaces and elements of complex geometry

  • Preparation of materials for painting: mixing, nozzle selection, parameter settings, viscosity control

  • Preparation of surfaces for the painting process: cleaning, degreasing, masking

  • Coating quality control: thickness measurement, visual coating assessment, identification of painting defects

  • Cooperation with the production team and providing feedback on the process

  • Maintaining order at the workstation and adhering to OHS regulations

Our requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in hydrodynamic painting

  • Practical knowledge of applying industrial primers and coatings, including anti-corrosion systems

  • Ability to perform measurements during the painting process and work with measuring tools

  • Basic knowledge of technical drawings

  • Knowledge of typical painting defects and ability for self-control

  • Responsibility, accuracy, ability to work in a team

Nice to have

  • Experience in painting large-size structures or in the railway industry

  • Ability to work according to technological instructions and document process parameters
