We are Urbify – the No.1 Premium Customer Experience Solution for Top-Retailers like ASOS and ZARA. At our company, the customer is at the center, open communication, and a lot of fun in the job – and our warehouse is located in Schöneweide.

Together you rock the operational business on-site in Berlin.

• You steer the daily business, line haul, and last-mile delivery according to your ideas from planning to review.
• You optimize processes intuitively so that every customer smile fits.
• You make quick and fact-based decisions.
• You work closely with our central operations team and service providers.

Qualification

You bring:

• Experience in OPS management or logistics
• You're a real doer, think ahead, and want to move something in a dynamic environment.
• Strong KPI understanding, logistical process knowledge, and enthusiasm for smart technical solutions.
• Fluent German and English. Arabic is a great plus!
