We are looking for motivated and reliable detectives (m/w/d) to support our growing company in the retail industry. As part of our engaged team, you will significantly contribute to the safety and well-being of our customers and employees.

Tasks

Your Tasks:

• Maintenance of sales floors, entrances, cash registers, or storage areas
• Use of surveillance technology (e.g. cameras, monitors)
• Access control checks
• Detection and prevention of shoplifting
• Recognition of suspicious behavior
• Collaboration with police and store staff in investigations
• Preparation of reports on special occurrences
• Documentation of findings, person descriptions, or time sequences
• Friendly but firm demeanor towards customers and suspects

Qualification

Your Profile:

• Possession of the Sachkundeprüfung nach §34a GewO
• Experience in security services or retail from an advantage
• Friendly, professional, and service-oriented demeanor
• High level of reliability and sense of responsibility
• Flexibility regarding working hours, especially in the evenings
