About Nestology Nestology is building a 360-degree early childhood development platform for children 0–3 years. We combine developmental science, Montessori principles, coaching, and real-world implementation support for modern families. Our support spans pregnancy to toddlerhood — across feeding, sleep, motor development, language, and emotional health. Lactation support is a critical pillar in our first-year ecosystem. Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Lactation Consultant to lead the development of our lactation support services, ensuring that they align with evidence-based best practices and meet the needs of our users. This role will be responsible for creating educational content, developing training programs, and providing expert guidance to our team on all aspects of lactation support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lactation consulting, with experience working with diverse populations and a passion for empowering parents to make informed decisions about their child's health. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement evidence-based lactation support services that align with the needs of our users. • Create educational content (e.g., blog posts, videos, infographics) to support lactation education and awareness. • Design and deliver training programs for our team on lactation support best practices. • Provide expert guidance and consultation to our team on all aspects of lactation support. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate lactation support services into our platform. • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in lactation consulting and apply this knowledge to continuously improve our services. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., nursing, public health, education). • 3+ years of experience as a Lactation Consultant or in a related role. • Strong understanding of lactation support best practices and evidence-based guidelines. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
