Industrial Machinery Fitter

You will work in the workshop in Domnești, assembling, checking, and preparing industrial machinery, within a technical team working with top European and Asian brands. Occasionally, you will participate in customer site visits for assembly, maintenance, or commissioning.

• Mechanical assembly of industrial machinery (frames, guideways, axes, transmissions, work units) according to technical documentation.
• Installation and adjustment of mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components.
• Checking geometry, clearances, and assembly precision.
• Preparing machinery for delivery and commissioning.
• Maintenance and repair of machinery, identifying and rectifying mechanical defects.
• Adherence to Health and Safety regulations and maintaining order at the workplace.
• Collaboration with the service team and the technical department.

• Technical secondary education or qualification as a fitter, maintenance mechanic, or similar.
• Proven experience of at least 2 years in the assembly, maintenance, or repair of industrial machinery.
• Ability to read technical drawings, mechanical schematics, and machinery manuals.
• Knowledge of tools and measuring instruments (calipers, dial indicators, torque wrenches, levels).
• Seriousness, attention to detail, and team spirit.
• Category B driver's license (required for occasional travel).

• Experience with woodworking or metalworking machinery (CNC, edge banding machines, presses, circular saws).
• Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, or electrical systems.
• Certifications for lifting/handling (forklift operator, crane operator, load binder).
• Technical English.
