Job description

We’re looking for reliable, customer-focused team members to join a busy, fast-paced operation within the tourism and transport sector. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys variety, working with vehicles, and being part of a team that delivers a high standard of service.
You’ll be involved in day-to-day operational tasks and supporting the full vehicle turnaround process, from cleaning and presentation through to basic safety checks and customer interactions.

What you’ll be doing:

Delivering friendly, professional customer service
Preparing vehicles to a high standard
Completing basic safety and roadworthiness checks
Assisting with vehicle handovers and returns
Working efficiently in a fast-paced team environment
Taking ownership of tasks and working independently when required

What we’re looking for:

Previous customer service experience
Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
Interest in tourism, transport, or fleet-based operations
Willingness to learn basic vehicle or campervan repairs
Vehicle detailing experience is an advantage
Full NZ driver’s licence or a valid international full licence
Availability to work weekends and public holidays
