Laboratory Technician

JOB OBJECTIVE:

The laboratory technician is responsible for tracking and ensuring compliance with the validation program of products manufactured at ADS Querétaro and plants that require support according to the tests applied to each one.

RESPONSIBILITIES THAT THE JOB MAY INCLUDE:

• E nsure compliance with the validation program for products that require it (initial and ongoing validations).

• Prepare reports on validation results and communicate them to direct supervisor (Accelerated Aging Tests).

• Provide support to the quality area and laboratory as needed.

• Participate in calibrating and supporting the calibration area with MSA studies and internal verifications.

• Attend internal and external audits according to the system.

• Create work instructions for the laboratory area.

• Perform work according to standard working methods in terms of safety and quality.

• FOLLOW THE INTERNAL WORK REGULATIONS AND SAFETY REQUIREMENTS ESTABLISHED BY THE COMPANY.

• Comply with and share the ethics and values policy of Avery Dennison.

• Apply and promote the 5's in your work area.

• If part of a team or committee, must fulfill corresponding activities.
